Greg’s role at Headland will be to structure service and parts agreements for our customers and deliver a better spare parts and consumable experience. When asked to tell us a little bout himself, here’s what Greg had to say.
I began with the Service Department of a multinational elevator company in 1981 and moved into the automation industry in 1990. Since 2001 I have been involved in the life-cycle support of robotic and automation equipment, including customised maintenance plans, total equipment management, and modernisation and upgrading of manufacturing cells to current standards of safety and performance.

My role is to listen to our customers and work with Headland Machinery to develop a range of standard service products which can be tailored to suit the variety of different customers needs, from vertical storage and CNC, through to robotics and laser.
